Focus on Imagination & Start with a Plan
Believe it or not, an open-minded creative session needs to start with some guidelines. Giving everyone some boundaries will actually HELP the team share ideas in brainstorming and other ideation sessions.


Choose one person to lead the session, and set some guidelines. These are the “Rules of Ideation” used in iNSL sessions.

Have you ever used a “reference” brainstorm? Think of it like an Instagram Gallery or Pinterest Board or YouTube playlist that prompts new, innovative ideas.
